Return Policy

Order Cancellations

Please note that we do not accept cancellations for any reason once your order has been placed, including cancellations due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered, or no longer needed).

All orders are processed promptly to ensure fast delivery.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns due to customer preference unless required by applicable consumer laws (see the European Union 14-day cooling-off period below). Customers outside the European Union are not eligible for returns, unless required otherwise by applicable local laws.

 

Please note that we do not accept returns sent via self-postage. You must contact our customer support via our contact form to request a return label issued by our site before sending your item back. 

 

If your return is eligible under applicable law, the item(s) must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Include all original tags, if applicable
  • Be returned in the original packaging

You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards or items purchased using gift cards
  • Skincare or personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized products

Please note that the above items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

 

If you are located in a country with a statutory right of return (such as the European Union), and you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel by filling out our contact form.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Once your return is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days. Returns sent after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in inspecting and packaging your order, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

 

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

We will review your case promptly and, if the issue is covered by our repair policy, we will direct you to our support center for further assistance.

 

Please note that we may not be able to process claims made after the 3-day period or if sufficient evidence is not provided.

 

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. All exchanges must be processed as a return followed by a new purchase.

 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must meet the same return eligibility requirements, including being unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Please note that when a refund is processed, the original shipping fee, customs duties and taxes, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that while we process the refund within this timeframe, it may take additional days for the amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us via our contact form.
